Condition of Returned Items
We expect items to be returned in the same condition as they were sent to you. We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, used, or damaged in any way. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange an exchange or refund once the damaged item has been returned and inspected.

Exempt Products
To maintain hygiene standards and the quality of our handcrafted items, we do not accept returns on items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.

Return Timeframe
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the original delivery date. Please ensure you initiate the return process within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Postage Costs
The responsibility for return postage costs depends on the reason for the return. If you have changed your mind and no longer require the item, the return postage will be at your cost.
